Custom orders
Many products are made to order using artwork you supply or that we help create. You are responsible for having the rights to logos and images you submit. Once production has started, custom items may not be cancellable or returnable except where required by law or where we produced the item incorrectly.
Quotes, pricing, and payment
Prices, quantities, and turnaround are confirmed in a quote or at checkout. Payment is due as stated at checkout or in the quote. We may refuse or cancel an order if artwork, payment, or shipping details cannot be completed.
Shipping and pickup
Delivery timing depends on decoration method, quantity, and fulfillment. Risk of loss passes according to the shipping method selected at checkout or as stated in your quote.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy site content except as allowed by law. Product images and branding on the site are for example and identification.
